Holistic Coaching

2 weeks

a 2 week program tailored to meet your specific goal, reprogramming your true self and building the habits to maintain the you buried inside including:

  • 5x Morning (Rising) or Night (Winding) 30 minute virtual sessions

  • 3x 60 minute deep dive sessions either online or in-person

  • 2x 60 minute fitness infused session


Fitness Infused Yoga

8 weeks

achieving specific goals, proper anatomical posture alignment and building a strong foundation for one’s personal practice

  • 1-hour sessions with 1-3 people


Guided Breathing

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

a guided breathing meditation from the comfort of your own home, calming the mind, regaining control and relaxation

  • 6x 30 minute live-streamed sessions 

  • online only


Individual Sessions

Fitness Infused Yoga

1 session

Private and group sessions available

  • Private and group sessions available

  • 60 minute guided yoga class in person or online


Guided Breathing

1 night

a guided evening breathing session streamed live

  • 25 minute online session


Goal Setting

60 min phone call

a guided phone call to set concrete achievable goals using Holistic Coaching as a foundation for success

  • 30 minute focused conversation
